What is IM Universe?

Integrity Management Universe (IM Universe) is a universe of web-based software and modular service solutions developed to help manage and enhance the integrity of oil & gas and petrochemical asset facility.

IM Universe modules consist of IM Dashboard, IM RBI, IM Inspection Manager and IM 3D. Further, we are keep working hard to develop other modules to complete the IM puzzles :D

IM Dashboard

IM Dashboard intends to visualize your asset data and to ease sharing with colleagues and the stakeholders for easier data analysis and collaboration. It’s an insightful dashboards to easily view asset information, analyze the RBI result, check integrity status and audit the asset integrity conditions.

IM RBI

Risk-based Inspection is a well-known methodology to assess the static equipment asset risk and optimize the inspection campaign in more effective ways. IM Risk-based Inspection (IM RBI) is developed to comply with API RP 581 third edition 2016. The calculation steps is designed to be easily traced and understood.

IM Inspection Manager

Inspection Manager is designed to simplify record and plan the inspection activity. It can record the measured thickness, anomaly, status or notes as well as attach the inspection file and image. It would be seamlessly paired with IM RBI. The inspection planning covers the next schedule, TML, coverage, method of inspection, would be available as result from IM RBI calculation.

IM 3D

Most humans are visual beings who are able to grasp spatial concepts much better if they can see them rather than just imagining them. The beauty of using 3D model technology is that it helps everyone understand all aspects of its asset. Risk presentation through 3D model can help stakeholders to visualize asset integrity status.

Action and decision in regard to manage the asset shall come from a valid study. That’s why we would give along the manual calculation sheet for a certain asset to validate the tool used. This initiative would bring the confidence to stakeholders as well as continue the calculation improvement.
